Dorys Mayo is a petroleum engineer with over 20 years of international drilling experience across Venezuela, Brazil, and the United States. She specializes in directional, horizontal, and multilateral well design, and pairs that field-tested drilling background with modern project management practice — Agile and Scrum delivery, KPI tracking, and cross-functional coordination built through recent project analyst and Product Owner work. At Mazzard Energy, she anchors the drilling and well delivery advisory practice, bringing structured project controls to technical engagements.
